Staff always friendly and approachable. I've always dealt with James but sadly due to illness he wasn't able to finish the process on this occasion. However Alice took over and delivered the same high level of customer service.

Xander sorted out all the paperwork very well as the car was purchased via Carwow. However when the car was delivered there was no parcel shelf and the inside of the car was very dirty. Clearly not been cleaned or checked. Awaiting parcel shelf?

The time it took to investigate the issue was too long. They didn't look at my car until 3.30. I knew it was the brakes. Thank you to Gus who realised this and helped appropriately.

As part of MOT a new wiper was indicated. If a telephone call to me was done this could have been carried out as part of the work saving me having to go to either Vines or another supplier. Otherwise satisfied.

The car was cleaned but it looked to have been cleaned in haste. The seats were wet (to the extent that I needed to cover the drivers seat with a towel) and the drivers side foot well was covered in muddy footprints.
